As an entrepreneur and mother of two small children, Limarys is no stranger to a hectic schedule. After celebrating her 40th birthday, though, she realized the importance of making time for herself and her skincare routine. “It got me thinking that I need to take better care of myself overall, including my skin,” she says. “I’m working on creating good habits. I’ve been going to an esthetician monthly and getting into a new skincare routine."
With combination skin, an oily T-zone, and dryness that can crop up depending on the season, Limarys’s primary concerns are under-eye circles, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone, including some hyperpigmentation. “The Ulta Beauty products I use tackle my specific concerns,” she says, “and help correct those issues and insecurities.”
Limarys’s morning skincare routine consists of cleansing, moisturizing, and then applying SPF to protect from premature wrinkles. Her go-to cleanser is the CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser, which contains ceramides to maintain the skin’s natural barrier and hyaluronic acid to retain moisture. “I like that it’s gentle and moisturizing instead of harsh, tight, or drying,” says Limarys. “After toweling off my face, it feels like I already put on my moisturizer!”

In the evenings, Limarys’s routine focuses on nourishing and repairing her skin. One of her major focal points is the skin around her eyes. It’s also free of parabens, phthalates, and fragrance. “I really like how hydrating and lightweight it is,” she says. “After it dries, my undereye skin feels almost silky.”
